My role as a doula is to offer emotional support, practical guidance, education, and a calming presence, I help families build confidence in their decisions and create a birth experience that aligns with their values and goals. Whether you're preparing for your first baby or welcoming another child into your family, I am honored to walk alongside you during this remarkable season of life.

During times of uncertainty, transition, and growth. Having grown up with a father who worked as a psychologist, conversations about emotional well-being, communication, and caring for others were a natural part of everyday life. From an early age, I developed a deep appreciation for the importance of listening without judgment, creating safe spaces for honest conversation, and helping people feel heard and supported.
